It’s the end of an era, but it isn’t the end of it all.
After 10 years and countless hours dedicated to this endeavor, Mark & Bob have decided to sell a portion of the business and prepare for the adventure of semi-retired life. While our brewing & distribution operation will continue, we will be closing the restaurant portion of Two Bandits Brewing. Wednesday, November 26 will be the final day of service at our Hicksville brewpub. We are thrilled to share that a new restaurant will be utilizing this space and re-opening under their own banner later this year (more on that soon).
Over the years, we have had the privilege of meeting customers who have grown into close friends. It has been an honor to host your celebrations, hear your laughter, and watch you enjoy the fruits of our labor. We cannot thank you enough for your support, your business, and your enthusiasm. Serving you all has been a true highlight of our careers.
We have also worked with some of the very best in the hospitality business. Two Bandits team, your creativity & passion are appreciated. Thank you! Many of you have been with us since the very beginning, which is nearly unheard of in this industry. We are so grateful for all of the time and talent you dedicated to this business, and we wish you all nothing but the best from here.
We hope to see you all for one last hurrah. Stop by. Say hi. Grab your favorite foods while they’re still here. When all is said and done, we hope you’ll look for our brews in the cooler at your favorite carry out and on tap at other regional bars and restaurants.
This venture has taken us further than we ever imagined. Thank you for making this dream of ours come true and for sticking with us while we write our next chapter. We’ll keep on brewing with craft, passion and quality if you’ll keep on sipping. Deal?
