- Red, White & Blue Stuffed French Toast: Two slices of French toast stuffed with a cream cheese filling, topped with a strawberry and blueberry compote
- Biscuits & Gravy: Two biscuits topped with house-made sausage gravy
- Breakfast Plate: Two eggs cooked to order, two slices of pork belly bacon, hashbrown patty & a slice of toast
- Corned Beef Hash: House-crafted corned beef hash served with two eggs, cooked to order, and a slice of toast
- Brisket Brunch Burger: A six-ounce all-beef patty, slow cooked brisket, hash brown patty, sausage gravy, pepper jack cheese, and an over easy egg to top it all off. Served with fries.
- Bandit Classic Burger: A six-ounce all-beef patty, cooked to order and served with your choice of toppings and cheese. Served with fries
